Yoga for Golf

To excel at golf  you need flexibility, strength, especially core strength, balance, breath awareness, focus and visualization. With my Yoga teachings you can enhance all that with in yourself. During each session I will help you to center yourself,  create quiet within and move forward with strength with in yourself. 

Each practice will be custom tailored to your mental and physical needs. You will begin to notice changes in your body and game with in 2 weeks.
